Notes

I'm posting a few notes about the book which you may (or may not) be interested in. Some are from when I was writing it, other bits occurred to me later. They can be read by clicking on the appropriate link on the right hand sidebar. It may take me a while to work through the whole lot, so bear with me and let me know what you think.

Basically I started writing it in October 2005 and finished around April 2006. Dan Collins of Monday Books was my editor. He was great to work with.
